Grown in the lush volcanic soils of Kintamani, Bali, this medium-dark roast is the perfect balance of bold and smooth. Handpicked by smallholder farmers and wet-hulled using traditional methods, Bali Blue delivers a rich, syrupy body with deep flavor complexity.
You’ll taste indulgent layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, crafted from a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor beans grown at elevations of 1200–1600 meters. Dried on raised beds under the Balinese sun, every bean carries the spirit of the island — grounded, soulful, unforgettable.
